What is most important in your life — the most pressing issue?

In a passage discussing material things and earthly concerns, Jesus said:  “But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.”

Are you focusing on what is most important?  How much time, thought and effort is devoted to seeking God, His rule, His will and His kingdom.  If we will put what is most important first, He will put everything else in place.  An amazing promise.  Do you believe it?  Maybe you, like me, need to re-think.  Jesus asked this question:  “For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul”  (Mark 8:36).
